Foshan Lingnan Tiandi

Situated at the centre of Zumiao Donghua Lane of Chancheng District in Foshan, "Foshan Lingnan Tiandi" has a planned total GFA of approximately 1,959,947 sq.m. SOM Co., Ltd. (Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, LLP) is the masterplan consultant of the development. Benjamin Wood is the Design Architect of Xintiandi Commercial Street and P&T is the Executive Architect. Foshan Lingnan Tiandi preserves Foshan’s tradition as the hometown of Cantonese Opera, pottery art, martial arts and authentic Chinese cuisine, and blends these with fashionable elements and modern facilities to build a quality city-core integrated development.

With reference to the successful model of Shanghai Taipingqiao Redevelopment Project, this project includes residential and office buildings, retail, hotel, F&B, entertainment, tourism and cultural facilities. Shui On Land also applied its unique experience in redeveloping of Shikumen buildings in this project, preserving and modifying traditional Lingnan-style architecture in Zumiao Donghua Lane with modern techniques. It showcases a perfect integration of commercial element and heritage from the exterior layout to the cultural ambience.

Phase 1 and 2 of Lingnan Tiandi, the Regency, the Legendary, the Regency II and the Legendary II, are low-rise residential buildings and villas. They are built in classic Lingnan style design with concise shape, the development displays a classy and splendid atmosphere.  The development has all been sold and delivered.

Completed in 2014, Lingnan Tiandi Phase 3, Park Royale, includes four 20-24-storey residential apartments, covering an area of about 19,000 sq.m and a GFA of approximately 77,000 sq.m.
